Slow Flow Yoga with Autumn      M                 6:30 pm

Autumn is a homeschooling mama, yoga teacher, outdoor lover, and advocate for fun and nourishing movement for all bodies. She has a passion for play and radical self acceptance and love. It is particularly important to Autumn, as a teacher, to meet everyone where they are at.

Meredith's  Fitness class philosophy is focused and intentional movement can change the way we live. Modern Science has shown the body is an extension of your brain. Because the body and mind are interconnected, thoughts, feelings, and emotions show up in our body through fatigue, tension, laxity, and ultimately affect our alignment and the way we carry ourselves. Exercise that involves the mind to focus is exercise performed with awareness, mindfulness. It involves mental focus, to train your body and mind to work in synchronization through both physical and mental challenges of everyday life.


Meredith Baker, has a BS in Exercise Science and Nutrition. She started her career as an Athletic Trainer, Physical Therapy Aide, and Personal Trainer. She was instrumental in heading up numerous Health clubs in the personal training department, as well as, creating rehabilitative cardio, strength, pilates, yoga, step, circuit, and boot camp fitness classes. She continues to offer private and group classes, presentations, life/career coaching, essential oil education, energy therapy in the form of BodyTalk and Reiki, and inner dynamic work through journaling at Dynamic Being.
