Mindful Eating

Being present and aware of what you eat and why will allow your mind-body system to function optimally. Our body needs fuel so it can remain healthy you will learn how to provide nutrition in a custom-tailored approach for your body's specific needs. I will provide recipes and guidelines for your specific needs and teach you how to continue eating for you and your body.

* Support calls 3 times a week in the AM and PM.
